- Taiwan civil servants are paid via the 俸點 (pay point) system under the Civil Servant Pay Act. Each 職等 (grade 1-14) × 級 (rank) combination maps to a 俸點 value from 160 to 800.
- Annual = monthly × 12. Lunar New Year and year-end bonuses are discretionary.
