Notes on the Civil Service Pay Scales
- Hong Kong CSB publishes several pay scales: Master Pay Scale (MPS, points 1-49), Model Scale 1 (lower grades), Police Pay Scale, Disciplined Services (Commander/Officer/Rank and File), Directorate (general + legal), Training, Apprentices, and ICAC.
- Scales are revised on a bargaining cycle; values shown are 'w.e.f. 1.4.2025' (as in effect from April 2025 unless subsequently revised).
- Annual = monthly × 12. Hong Kong civil service pay does not include a guaranteed 13th month.
